Are you feeling tired, triggered, and still trying? No matter your role in the perinatal-to-five (PN5) world, you entered this work to make a positive impact. However, systemic barriers often create a gap between your daily work and your values of equity and justice. This gap doesn’t just cause burnout—it can inflict a moral injury.

We invite you to a special 90-minute workshop: “Tired, Triggered, and Still Trying? Addressing Moral Injury in Perinatal-to-Five Care and Education to be the Change Agent You Know You Can Be,” featuring Nat Nadha Vikitsreth, LCSW.

In this session, you will practice:

• Using political analysis as a lens in clinical observation to co-create belonging across races, classes, and genders.

  
  

• Helping caregivers reflect on how systemic oppression interferes with attunement.

  
  

• A three-part communication strategy to have these vital talks without the “sweat.”
